An inspection of the GIS database “Gostekhnadzor Expert” confirmed that the inspection of the tractor did not take place in a timely manner, although by law it must be carried out annually. The agency warned the institution about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements.
The department was reminded of the prohibition to operate self-propelled cars without a certificate of inspection and demanded not to allow such violations in the future. According to Kontur.Focus, St. Petersburg State Institution “Management of Improvement of the Pushkin District” acted as a defendant in 14 cases for 162 million rubles.
