The robber robbed a resident of Kameshkovo right in his apartment

The investigator of the investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Kameshkovsky completed the investigation of the criminal case against a 33-year-old local resident. The man was charged with committing a crime under paragraph 2 of Article 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Robbery, that is, open theft of someone else’s property, with the use of violence not dangerous to life or health.”.

It was established that in July of this year, in the evening, the accused, being in the apartment of the house on Smurova Street in the city of Kameshkovo, came into conflict with the owner of the dwelling. The attacker struck the man in the face and openly stole a mobile phone, a screwdriver in a plastic case and an air pistol. The cost of the stolen property amounted to 19 thousand rubles.

The attacker was detained by police officers as a result of operational-search measures. Stolen property seized.

Currently, the criminal case with the approved indictment has been sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
