Maternity benefit will be paid if the woman registers as unemployed in the employment authorities within six months after dismissal. If registration is not made, the benefit will not be paid.

At what distance from the fence of the adjacent plot in the garden partnership can install farm buildings?
On the land plots of the members of the partnership, it is allowed to build garden houses, outbuildings (detached or blocked) and other structures.
Admissible distances between garden houses located on land plots of adjacent land users, as well as decisions on the placement of economic buildings and other structures from the boundaries of land plots of adjacent land users and their composition should be taken by members of the partnership based on compliance with fire safety requirements, environmental protection legislation and the purpose of the land plot with the following minimum parameters:
the distance from a detached garden house to the borders of an adjacent land plot should be at least three meters;
the distance from outbuildings and other structures to the borders of the adjacent land plot should be at least a meter.

Yeah. The survivor's pension will be paid to you for the entire period of full-time study, regardless of the conclusion of the contract. This is not a reason to stop payments.
How can I divide my account into an apartment?
The organization that carries out accounting, calculation and accrual of fees for housing and communal services and fees for the use of residential premises assigns a number of a personal account, within the framework of which fees are charged for housing and communal services provided to a citizen, a service for managing common property of a joint household, as well as fees for the use of residential premises and reimbursement of electricity costs. This occurs on the basis of documents confirming the right of ownership or possession and use on another legal basis for residential (share in the right of common ownership of residential premises) and (or) non-residential premises, non-residential capital structure (building, construction), land plot provided for the construction and maintenance of a single-apartment, blocked residential house and other purposes, cottage, garden house, outbuildings and other structures necessary for collective gardening, unless otherwise determined by the legislation on horticultural partnerships.
