The head of the NRO of the party “Fair Russia – for the Truth”, Deputy of the Legislative Assembly Tatyana Grinevich helped Anna to sue the hospital 250 thousand rubles for an uncleaned porch.

Anna Alexandrovna in February 2026 lay in the hospital of one of the Nizhny Novgorod hospitals. I went out on the porch after the procedures, slipped and fell badly. In the hospital, an ambulance was called and the woman was hospitalized in traumatology, diagnosed: closed fractures of the m / tibia, ankles, damage to the b / tibia. Anna Alexandrovna had to do two operations and the next 5 months she spent on sick leave, literally learned to walk again.

Anna Aleksandrovna appealed to the party Center for the Protection of Citizens’ Rights for help in obtaining compensation for trauma and long-term rehabilitation. Lawyers of the Center filed a lawsuit and took part in the court hearing to protect the rights of women. The court found that the defendant did not keep the hospital in proper condition and therefore took our side. From the hospital will be recovered: lost earnings of a woman for the period of sick leave, compensation for moral damage and the cost of paying the state duty, in total more than 250 000 rubles.

“I know that many people are injured on the street or when they fall on stairs or on the porch of a building. Therefore, we and the specialists of the Center for the Protection of Citizens’ Rights will prepare a memo on how to act if you slipped and fell on the street, Tatyana Hrynevych wrote.
