The bulk of the debt was the traffic police fines - 300 thousand rubles, as well as taxes. The man knew about the debt, bans on registration actions with transport and the arrest of bills, but the debt was never repaid.
If the man does not pay the debt, the car will be sold at auction, and the proceeds will be sent to repayment. In addition, he will have to pay the execution fee.
