Gubkinets fined for draining waste into the forest belt

A resident of the Gubkin district of the Belgorod region was punished for draining liquid municipal waste into the forest belt. It happened near the village of Bobrovy Dvory.

The fact of violation was recorded by the inspector of the regional Ecohunting Supervision at the time of the leak. For environmental pollution using motor vehicles, the offender was fined 40 thousand rubles (according to part 3.3 of article 8.2 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation).

Recall that in the Belgorod region the assessor was fined a large amount. A man dumped liquid municipal waste near a former landfill to save money.
