The property of the former owner of Rostovvodokanal sold at auction for 441.5 million rubles
At the auction sold the property of the former owner of “Rostovvodokanal” Sergey Svetlitsky

At the auction, the property of the former owner of Rostovvodokanal Sergey Svetlitsky was sold. The winner of the auction was the Moscow businessman Sergey Ordinartsev, who offered 441.5 million rubles. The results are published in the Unified Register of Bankruptcy Information.
Three land plots with a total area of more than 12 thousand square meters and two residential buildings with an area of 262 and 1036 square meters went under the hammer. The property is located in the elite cottage village "Sherwood" in the suburbs and, according to documentation, belongs to the wife of the seller Svetlana Svetlitskaya as jointly acquired property.
Bidding began in July 2026 with an initial price of 562 million rubles, but there was no buyer on such terms. By October, the price of the lot decreased to 412.6 million rubles.
The property of the ex-businessman is sold to pay off debts. His wife tried to challenge the sale of other items. Svetlana Svetlitskaya tried to challenge the decision of the Fourteenth Arbitration Court of Appeal on property previously seized in the framework of the criminal case against Stanislav Svetlitsky and then returned to her.
In her complaint, she claimed that the disputed jewels and watches were sold “hands-on” when the family moved to Cyprus, but the court found no evidence of these claims: Svetlitskaya did not provide evidence of the sale, did not disclose information about the alleged buyers, did not explain how they were found or where the ads were placed, and did not indicate the amount received from the alleged transaction. According to the court decision, she is obliged to hand over to the financial manager a set of jewelry with sapphires, diamonds and emeralds, a bracelet with diamonds and rubies, a set of earrings and rings with pearls, more than a hundred precious stones, including tanzanites, aquamarines, topaz and opals, as well as nine Swiss watches of famous brands - Ulysse Nardin, Audemars Piguet, Blancpain, Breguet and Daniel Roth, the cost of some of which is estimated at several million rubles. The list of values was formed on the basis of documents of the Investigative Committee.
