Irada Ayupova addresses Tatarstan residents on occasion of 109th anniversary of October Revolution

Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Irada Ayupova appealed to the residents of Tatarstan on the occasion of the 109th anniversary of the October Revolution, Tatar-inform reports. For Tatarstan, this date is significant in that after the October Revolution (in 1920), the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic was formed. The boundaries of the region were defined, new conditions for the development of the Tatar language, literature and art appeared. She stressed that respect for the memory of ancestors and friendship of peoples remain a reference point in activities for the benefit of the Tatarstan land.
