In Rostov-on-Don again put up for sale the former house of P. Khatrakov, known for its rich history and unique architecture. The mansion, located in the city center, is offered to buyers for 500 million rubles. The announcement of the sale appeared on the popular site in October.
The building, built in the classical style, is a four-storey building about 90 meters long, painted in light green. Its distinguishing feature is a five-storey extension, connected to the main building by a passage. The architecture of the mansion is distinguished by the rigor of forms, clear lines and the absence of unnecessary decorations, which corresponds to its original administrative purpose.
During its long history, the building housed various institutions, including elementary schools, and in 1941 it was the headquarters of the 339th Rostov Rifle Division.
The seller is also considering options for long-term rental of the mansion, both whole and floor, on individual terms.
This is not the first attempt to sell the building. Earlier, in February 2026, the house of P. Khatrakov was already put up for auction for 550 million rubles, but the buyer was not found.
