Historic monument “House of the Deacon and the Spoil” in the Rostov region will be put up for auction

Another building, which is an object of cultural heritage, is preparing for sale in the Rostov region. We are talking about a unique monument of architecture of the late XIX – early XX centuries, known as the “House of the Deacon and the Spoorn”, located in the village of Elizaveta Azov district. As reported on the portal "Heritage.Dom.RF", the object is undergoing the procedure of preparation for the auction, which is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.

The building, which has been under state protection since 1992, is in poor condition. According to the results of the inspection conducted in June 2026, it was recognized as an emergency. The reasons for such a critical condition were serious problems with engineering systems, deformation of the foundation and walls, damage to the roof and ceilings, as well as partial or complete loss of load-bearing structures.

The sale of the historic building is an attempt to find a new owner who can take responsibility for its restoration and preservation.
