Ivanovo region ranks second in the Central Federal District in terms of HIV incidence

Specialists of the Regional AIDS Center assess the current epidemiological situation of HIV infection as serious.

In total, 13,689 infected citizens were registered in the Ivanovo region. In the first nine months of this year alone, 234 local residents and two foreign nationals were diagnosed.

Doctors are urging residents of the region to carefully treat their health and take an HIV test once or twice a year. You can pass the examination in any polyclinic at the place of residence, private laboratories or directly in the AIDS Center (Ivanovo, Stanko St., 29).
