Ivanovo court closed the basement bar on Kalinin for a month

The Frunze District Court of Ivanovo granted the claim of the supervisory authorities and suspended the activity of the bar-store located in the basement of the residential building No. 8 on Kalinin Street. The period of administrative ban was 30 days.

During the inspection initiated by the Prosecutor’s Office and Rospotrebnadzor, a whole complex of gross violations of the current sanitary legislation was revealed in the institution. In particular, the unsatisfactory sanitary and technical condition of production facilities was recorded; violation of the temperature regime of storage of food products, the absence of conditions for washing tableware, admission to work of an employee without a personal medical book.

Having examined the evidence presented, the court came to the conclusion that there was an administrative offence in the actions of an individual entrepreneur. The activity of the bar was suspended until the identified shortcomings threatening the life and health of citizens were completely eliminated.
