Deputies in two readings considered a bill that abolishes article 65-3 of the regional administrative code. After that, the document was sent to the Governor of the Kaliningrad region for signing and official publication.
This provision provided for liability for officials of local self-government bodies for violation of land use and development rules, as well as the procedure for changing the types of permitted use of land plots and capital construction objects.
The developers of the bill noted that such violations are already regulated by articles of the All-Russian Administrative Code, and the authority to change the types of use of sites is regulated in detail by the Land Code. The cancellation of the duplicate article will avoid contradictions in the qualification of actions and eliminate double liability.
Earlier, we wrote that in the Kaliningrad region, cases of illegal fishing have increased.
