Since the beginning of 2026, agricultural enterprises of the Ulyanovsk region have supplied more than 850 thousand tons of grain and products of its processing to other regions of the country. The bulk of the traffic was wheat, which accounted for 625,000 tons of the total volume.

According to the regional department of the Rosselkhoznadzor on October 15, barley took the second place in terms of shipment volumes - 109.7 thousand tons. Thus, it is these two cultures that have formed most of the interregional supply.

In addition to grains, farmers actively sent oilseeds and legumes. Outside the region took 34 thousand tons of peas, 29.3 thousand tons of soybeans and 27.9 thousand tons of sunflower. The volume of flax transportation amounted to 3 thousand tons, corn - 1.6 thousand tons.

Since the beginning of the year, experts have monitored more than 10,000 consignments of agricultural products. Each of them received an electronic quarantine certificate issued through the state system "Argus-Fito".

Before shipment, the products underwent the necessary phytosanitary studies. Laboratory tests conducted by specialists of the FGBI "ARRIAH", did not reveal quarantine organisms in the tested grain.

The obtained results confirmed the compliance of the studied products with the established phytosanitary requirements necessary for their movement between the regions of Russia.
