How not to shander on the wiring and not burn on it. EMERCOM of the Murmansk region advised to inspect the electrician
Sockets and switches, chargers and household appliances - all this we use daily and almost do not think about what load the home electric grid withstands. Meanwhile, a faulty cable, an overloaded socket or an unattended electrical appliance easily cause a fire.

Specialists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Murmansk region gave advice on how to avoid this. The main thing is that the danger can be noticed long before the disaster occurs.
Particular attention should be paid to the old housing, where the network was not originally calculated on a large number of modern equipment. If the wiring has not been updated for a long time, invite a qualified electrician to check its condition.
Simultaneous connection of several powerful devices to one extender can lead to overheating and fire. Consider the permissible load, monitor the serviceability of sockets and do not use damaged electrical appliances.
If the equipment has worn the cord or other signs of malfunction, stop using it until the problem is eliminated. When leaving the house, turn off electrical appliances that do not require constant work. Even the charger left in the outlet in case of malfunction can become a source of fire.
Do not place devices where they can get spray, do not touch plugs and switches with wet hands. Remember: burning electrical equipment that remains energized cannot be extinguished with water.
Use special protective devices for sockets, remove wires from free access and from an early age explain the rules of handling electricity.
Another important protection measure is an autonomous fire detector. It reacts to the appearance of smoke and warns of danger with a loud signal. This is especially important at night, when a person may not notice the first signs of a fire.
