How to register a child in kindergarten online. Step-by-step instruction

Put a child on the register to get a place in a kindergarten and make a referral to an educational institution online - without personal visit and waiting in queues. How to use the services of the portal "E-Pasluga", what steps parents need to take - in the material of the correspondent of the agency "Minsk-Novosti".

After obtaining the birth certificate of the child, parents must apply for registration for preschool education. This can be done through a single portal of electronic services "E-Pasluga" or a mobile application.

First you need to enter the personal account. You can log in to the portal using an EDS, ID card or a unique identifier. It also provides non-strict authentication – by login and password or using external services of Google and Apple.

If a citizen uses E-Passluga for the first time, he needs to activate his personal account. It is available to every Belarusian, information about which is entered in the Population Register. You can also log in by phone number or email. After entering the personal account in the list of available administrative procedures, you must find the service 200.6.6 - "Registration of children for the purpose of obtaining preschool education, special education at the level of preschool education" - and click on the "Order" button. The application page will then open. It must be properly filled, stored and sent.

After consideration of the application, an administrative decision will appear in the personal account. Depending on the result, this may be a reasoned refusal to accept an application, a refusal to carry out an administrative procedure or a document “Notice of Registration”. Having received the notification, the parent can proceed to the next stage - receiving a referral to an educational institution.

To do this, you need to select the service 200.6.7 in your personal account - "Issue of a referral to an educational institution for mastering the content of the educational program of preschool education, the educational program of special education at the level of preschool education ..." - and click "Next".

After that, it will remain to fill out the application and send it. Within three working days, an administrative decision will appear in the personal account. With a positive result, the citizen will receive an electronic document - a referral to an educational institution for mastering the content of the educational program of preschool education. If the provision of the service is refused, a corresponding motivated decision will also appear in the personal account.

These administrative procedures were digitalized in January 2026. Since its launch, more than 12,000 Belarusians have used online services through E-Pasluga.

Today, 897 services are available on the single portal of electronic services, including 301 electronic services and 596 administrative procedures. The popularity of the portal continues to grow: if in 2022 about 76 million services were provided, then in 2025 their number reached 173 million, and in the first half of 2026 exceeded 110 million.
