What digital services in the field of education are available to Belarusians, told in NCEU

What digitized services are available to Belarusians in educational activities, the press service of the National Center for Electronic Services told sb.by.

“As the school year begins, along with the school chores, there are many other administrative issues that need to be addressed. Thanks to the single portal of electronic services “E-Pasluga”, a number of them can be solved in one click without leaving home, the NCEU said.

E-Pasluga is a single platform for ordering and receiving public services and administrative procedures. Today, 301 electronic services and 596 administrative procedures out of 82 information resources are available for order on the portal. In recent years, the number of digitized social services, including in the field of education, which are available on a single portal of electronic services, as well as in the mobile application "E-Pasluga" has been growing dynamically.

Since January this year, more than 15,000 parents have used the opportunity to apply online, register their children in kindergarten and receive referrals to preschool institutions. Administrative procedures are available for order to individuals with strict authentication (using a personal digital signature, ID card or unique identifier) and non-strict authentication (using a login and password or external authentication services (Google, Apple)).

E-Pasluga provides an opportunity for educational institutions and organizations that can carry out educational activities in accordance with the law to apply for a corresponding license (service code: 548.10.2.1) or apply for a change to an existing license (service code: 548.10.2.2).

Since July 2025, more than 200 educational institutions and organizations have used the opportunity to apply for or change a license online through E-Pasluga.

This year, new administrative procedures of the Department of Quality Control of Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus were transferred to the figure for legal entities, allowing them to undergo state accreditation of an educational institution for compliance with the declared type.

Among the latest innovations among digitized services in the field of education, the electronic service 3.101.01 "Receiving information about educational documents" is available. Its consumers are government agencies and other organizations. The service works in automatic mode and uses the system-system technology, which speeds up and simplifies the process of obtaining information as much as possible, and organizations can quickly check data on educational documents.

Translation of educational services into electronic form allows to significantly reduce the bureaucratic burden, there is no need to personally visit state bodies, prepare paper reports and submit documents in paper form during a personal reception.
