Shops near the house are becoming more popular than hypermarkets due to its convenient location and thoughtful assortment. About it 360.ru told the expert of the market of consumer goods Alexander Anfinogenov.

According to him, buyers do not need a huge selection of products in each category - usually three to five options are enough. Therefore, small stores attract more and more visitors, and hypermarkets are losing relevance.

Retailers are also reviewing the assortment: removing products that sell poorly and adding more sought-after positions.
