A resident of Kaliningrad paid a loan debt of 2.1 million rubles to save his car Mitsubishi Outlander. The car has already been prepared for sale at auction, the regional office of bailiffs reported.
The man did not repay the debt, despite the demands of bailiffs and the seizure of bank accounts. Then employees of the service forbade him to carry out registration actions with real estate: three land plots, two apartments in Kaliningrad and a room of 500 square meters.
Then the bailiffs found a car in the property of the debtor. They arrested him, valued him and put him up for auction.
In order not to lose the car, the man fully repaid the debt and additionally paid an executive fee of 150 thousand rubles for late payment.
After that, the car was removed from the auction and returned to the owner. Money from repayment of the debt was transferred to the collector and the state budget.
Earlier we wrote that Kaliningrad bailiffs helped the woman to return 7.3 million rubles for an apartment.
