The Russian woman lives in Germany and sold an apartment in Kaliningrad for seven million rubles. The buyer was also abroad, so the deal was made through representatives. The buyer fully paid for the property, but the woman who represented the interests of the seller did not give her the money. She lives in the Moscow region.
The owner of the apartment went to court. The court ordered the representative to return the money and pay interest for their use. In total, she had to pay 7.3 million rubles.
The case was transferred to the bailiffs of the Kaliningrad region. The debtor did not pay on time, so the bailiffs arrested her bank accounts, banned transactions with her land plot and restricted her departure from Russia.
The woman then paid off the debt in full. In addition, she paid 516 thousand rubles of the performance fee. As a result, the former owner of the apartment received the money due to her, and the executive fee went to the state budget.
