Kaliningrad Regional Clinical Hospital was replenished by 26 young doctors

The staff of the Kaliningrad Regional Clinical Hospital was replenished by 14 doctors and 12 specialists with secondary medical education (nurses and paramedics). This was reported in the Ministry of Health of the Kaliningrad region.

Of the 14 doctors, 9 came in the targeted direction. They will work in surgery, cardiology, neurology and other departments. The remaining 5 doctors got a job in the oncology center, reception department and laboratory.

Each young doctor for two years assigned a mentor who will help to settle down and understand difficult cases. Among 12 mid-level specialists, 10 people are graduates of the Kant BFU Medical College, two came from other regions.

The hospital management noted that all conditions are created for beginners so that they remain working and develop in the profession.
