Kalujan urged to congratulate grandparents

Their day is celebrated today. This date was chosen not by chance, because the ancient Slavs at the end of October celebrated Autumn Grandfathers. It is a holiday dedicated to honoring ancestors and strengthening the bond between generations.

So far, the holiday has no official status, but Deputy Secretary of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation Vladislav Grib has already proposed to make it a state holiday to further emphasize the contribution of the older generation to the upbringing of children and the support of working parents.

It is believed that today you need to gather at the festive table and give the older relatives of the plant in kashpo.

As previously reported by MK in Kaluga, Kaluga residents were told what to do during night awakenings.
