Kaluga deputies made changes to the regional tax legislation

According to their decision, property tax benefits for organizations that own the gas distribution system were extended until January 1, 2030, and the right to apply a reduced tax rate for IT organizations was extended until January 1, 2028.

In addition, industrial enterprises, whose share of taxes is more than 5% of revenues to the consolidated budget of the region, extended benefits on the property tax of organizations.

Another change also concerns parties to concession agreements for heat supply facilities, hot water supply systems, cold water supply and sanitation. For them, restrictions on the duration of property tax benefits have been abolished.

As MK in Kaluga reported earlier, students, graduate students and teachers from Obninsk will compete for 900,000 rubles.
