The cameras will be fined for telephone conversations and unfastened seat belts in the Orel region. On the roads of the regional center, Liven and Mtsensk will install 18 more complexes of video recording.
According to the publication “Livny”. County city, new devices will appear mainly at intersections. Their capabilities will not be limited to just fixing speed – cameras will “see” unfastened belts, phone conversations behind the wheel and lights off.
