Every second Ivanovo employer for using neural networks

54 percent of them are positive about using AI when preparing a resume.

According to analysts of the hh.ru service, 87 percent of employers have already encountered the use of neural networks by applicants.

It is noted that the use of technology does not become a problem for the employer, if the candidate understands the result and is able to explain it. At the same time, the assistance of AI in performing a test task is considered acceptable by 42 percent, while the AI prompts during an online interview are considered acceptable by 38 percent.

The widespread use of neural networks is changing the approach of Russian companies to assessing candidates. Employers focus primarily on professional skills, relevant experience and performance.
