Kemerovo project of KRT “Heritage” was recognized as the best in the country

The award was held as part of the industry day of the Ministry of Construction of Russia. The winners were determined in 18 nominations, and one of the key awards went to Kuzbass: in the category “The best project of the KRT in the central part of the city”, the Kemerovo residential complex “Heritage” became the first.

Comprehensive development of territories allows to create not “square meters”, but a full-fledged urban environment – convenient for families, children, sports and recreation. The victory of the Kemerovo project confirms the readiness of Kuzbass to implement modern solutions in urban planning.

What constitutes "Heritage"

“Heritage” is a residential complex of five buildings with built-in premises and underground parking. It will be located in the quarter 58v - within the boundaries of Tukhachevsky, Siberian Guards, Mirnaya and Zauzelkov streets. The concept combines modern architecture and functional spaces for residents of different ages. The project includes children's and sports grounds, multi-level walking routes, recreation areas on the roof of the stylobate, as well as landscaping based on the principles of modern natural urbanism.

Two more Kuzbass projects in the final

In addition to the winner, the final part of the competition included two more projects from the region.

In the nomination “The best system of regional regulation of the KRT and protection of citizens’ rights”, the project of integrated development of the central part of Kemerovo was noted. It provides for the transformation of more than 540 hectares and the creation of 23 new microdistricts - this is the largest site of this format in Russia. The potential of the territory is estimated at more than 3 million square meters. m of housing and 0.9 million square meters. m of non-residential buildings. The plans include the construction of 10 schools, 36 kindergartens, four health facilities, the Palace of Arts, a linear park and other facilities. It is estimated that about 120 thousand people will be able to live in the new neighborhoods, and the commissioning of the first house is scheduled for 2027.

In the nomination “The best project of the KRT with a pronounced national and regional identity”, the finalist was the all-season resort “Altyn Shor” in sector F of Sheregesh. The 54-hectare project is implemented by a private investor. At the first stage, by the season 2028-2029, it is planned to build an aparthotel with 667 rooms. The agreements with the South Korean company Lotte and Montera provide for the emergence of hotels category 4-5 stars and the introduction of intelligent hotel services. To increase the autonomy of the cluster, its own heat and power supply networks with a capacity of 10 MW are also planned.
