Governor Alexander Khinstein met with Consul General of the Russian Federation in Shenyang Natalia Pryzhkova.
The Kursk delegation is in China to participate in the IV Russian-Chinese Forum of Investment Development and Trade Cooperation. As part of this trip, a meeting was held with the Consul General of the Russian Federation in Shenyang Natalia Pryzhkova, her team, as well as the Deputy Trade Representative of Russia in China Yevgeny Manturov.
In the summer of 2026, Shenyang became a sister city of Kursk. Alexander Khinshtein expressed gratitude to Sergey Lavrov and the Russian Foreign Ministry team for supporting this initiative at the federal level.
