In the home match, Nizhnekamsk Neftekhimik suffered a crushing defeat from Yaroslavl Lokomotiv - the final score is 1: 5.
The first period began with the fact that the puck was thrown by guests. In the debut of the match on a small penalty received Andrey Nikolishin from “Neftechemist” and Giovanni Fiore from “Locomotive”. In the 13th minute, the score was opened: the forward of Yaroslavtsev Yegor Surin struck the gates of the hosts. Further, the "railway" sought to increase the advantage, and the "wolves" - to get even, but before the end of the first half, the efforts of both teams did not give a result.
In the second twenty minutes, the guests played twice in the minority (fines were earned by Matvey Kotkov and Georgy Ivanov), but the Nizhny Kamtsy did not take advantage of this. In the 30th minute, the Yaroslavl striker Andrei Pustovoy sent the puck into an empty goal. A little later, the defender of “Neftekhimik” Alexander Eremenko was removed, and the players of “Loko” immediately took advantage of this: in the 31st minute, forward Maxim Shalunov scored. Until the end of the half, Nizhnekamsk failed to reduce the backlog.
The third period began with mutual removal: Surin at the guests and Rafael Bikmullin at the hosts were punished. Soon, "Neftekhimik" was still without Andrei Belozerov, after which Loko forward Arthur Kayumov brought the preponderance of "railroaders" to four goals.
Nevertheless, the “wolves” managed to soak the score: after the removal of Ivanov in the 57th minute scored Arthur Tyanulin. However, this did not affect the outcome of the match. At the end of the meeting, the Nizhnekamsk team removed the goalkeeper, putting a field player instead of him, and three seconds before the final siren, Kotkov sent the puck into an empty goal.
