Who in November 2026 put an increase in pension of almost 11 thousand
Almost 11 000 rubles increase: who in November 2026 will automatically increase the pension.

November 2026 will be pleased with spot, but very tangible financial changes. Mass indexation of all social payments is not planned, but certain categories of pensioners and families with children will receive more money or see them on the cards ahead of the usual deadline.
Who will receive a fixed portion of the pension?
The main news concerns those who celebrated their 80th anniversary in October. From November, their fixed payment to the insurance pension will automatically double: from 9,584 to 19,169 rubles. If the pensioner has officially issued compensation for care, another 1,413 rubles will be added to this amount. As a result, the total monthly increase can be almost 11,000 rubles.
The good news is that you don’t need to go to the Social Fund of Russia (SFR) and write statements, the recalculation will be done automatically. But there is an important caveat: if the pension has already been increased due to the presence of the first group of disability, the second doubling is not allowed. However, if the disability of group I was established recently and the recalculation has not yet been carried out, the fixed part will be increased.
How will the child payment schedule change?
Due to the celebration of National Unity Day (November 4), the deadlines for enrolling some state benefits have shifted. Early money will be sent to the recipients’ cards:
• single allowance for pregnant women and families with children under 17 years of age;
• payments to non-working parents for child care up to 1.5 years;
• benefits for the first child up to three years;
• payments for children of conscripts.
The monthly payment from the maternity capital for October will be credited on November 5, and the allowance for working parents to care for a baby up to one and a half years will come on November 7. In December, the schedule will return to the standard rhythm.
If you or your older relatives fall into these categories, just check the receipts. There is no need to collect any extra information.
