Kostromichi shared their experience on how to save on heating

In the neighborhood of Jubilee residents of the house No. 2 shared their experience of reasonable savings: over the past winter they managed to save almost 9 thousand rubles for heating. The secret is in smart equipment, which for more than seven years helps the house to live more comfortably and pay less.

We are talking about thermomizer – a device that makes heating “smart”. The house was one of the first to be installed: the tenants then made a general decision, and it turned out to be far-sighted. The device works simply but efficiently: it monitors the weather and automatically adjusts the temperature of the coolant in the heating system. It got colder outside - the system gives more heat, warmer - the supply is smoothly reduced. So in the apartments there is neither exhausting heat nor penetrating cold.

“I’m sure a thermomizer is a must at home. There was a time when we fryed, opened all the windows and did not understand why we are so drowned, now there is no such thing. In winter, we do not freeze when it warms on the street - the temperature in the house decreases, and the batteries are not so hot, and are comfortable again, said Olga Solovyova, senior at home.

The experience of this house is not isolated. The Jubilee 2008 management company serves over a hundred houses with thermomizers, which is about a third of its total housing stock. According to experts, thanks to such devices, heating costs can be reduced by up to 40% compared to previous payments.

“We conducted calculations and found out that if this house did not have a thermomizer, the average tenants of apartments with an area of 58 meters for the last heating season would pay 8,900 rubles more than in fact,” explained the founder and manager of the company Vitaly Sinev.

Now thermomizers are installed in 224 apartment buildings in the city, and this figure continues to grow. Utilities management together with management companies conducts explanatory work: for each house make personal calculations - show how much the installation costs and how quickly the device will pay off. The final price consists of several factors: the cost of the equipment itself, the possible modernization of the thermal unit, the number of heat inputs and associated costs.

Important point: on the initiative of Governor Sergey Sitnikov, the installation of thermomizers was included in the list of major repairs. And starting this year, there was an additional opportunity to install the device with the help of a city subsidy. This significantly reduces the financial burden on owners.

It turns out that thermomizer is not just about saving, but about a reasonable approach: apartments become really comfortable, and heating bills are less. The experience of Kostroma residents clearly shows that such technologies pay off and make everyday life more convenient.
