Kostroma agricultural plant set a record for the yield of greenhouse vegetables

The press service of the Kostroma regional administration reports on record yields of greenhouse plants, which this year was achieved by the Vysokovsky agricultural plant - one of the leading suppliers of fresh products for large retail chains of the federal level. At the moment, the agricultural plant completely covers the needs of our region in fresh, grown on protected soil. But this year, the company has surpassed all its own indicators - if last year 4,900 tons of cucumbers were collected in its greenhouses, this year - more than 5,000 tons, and the yield has increased from 29 to 30 kg per square meter. In Russia, the company is approaching the leaders in the collection of vegetables and is actively expanding supplies outside the region. Cucumbers, tomatoes and greens are regularly shipped to Moscow, Moscow region, St. Petersburg, as well as to Yaroslavl, Nizhny Novgorod, Kirov and other regions of the country.
