Kostroma SUSK will check information about homeless dogs in Nei

In Kostroma social networks appeared information about aggressive stray dogs in the district center of Ney. A local resident reports that she was allegedly attacked by dogs on the street.

The Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee for the Kostroma region organized a pre-investigation check after this publication in social networks. Employees of the SU UK intend to give a legal assessment of the actions (or inaction?) of officials responsible for organizing the capture and maintenance of stray animals
