In Nizhny Novgorod, the V All-Russian Forum of Young State and Municipal Employees “GosStart” was held. The forum brought together 1,000 participants from 82 regions of Russia and became a key platform for developing solutions for attracting, retaining and developing young personnel in the state and municipal service. Details of “MK in Pskov” reported in the press service of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Pskov region.
The delegation of the EMERCOM of Russia in the forum was attended by employees of the Main Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Pskov region.
The theme of the anniversary forum was personnel security of the civil service. The key question the participants answered was who will remain in the civil service in ten years.
The work was carried out in five areas: “Continuity”, “Trust”, “Conductors of Change”, “Support” and “Small Motherland”. The result was the development of a package of proposals for the development of the service on three lines - attraction, preservation, development. All initiatives were created on the basis of existing tools, without new budgets, and each proposal received a clear executor and method of consolidation.
Within the framework of the GosStart forum, the winners of the Rosmolodezh.Grants contest were solemnly announced. 7 projects received support - the total amount of funding amounted to 2 million 520 thousand rubles.
One of the winners was the Chairman of the Youth Council of the Main Directorate Igor Yezhov. His project “Security through the eyes of youth: forming a conscious culture of security” received a grant of 600 thousand rubles: 340 thousand were allocated through Rosmolodezh.Grants, another 260 thousand – through partner support.
The project is designed to become a platform where the voice of young people becomes the main tool for risk prevention and the formation of sustainable skills for safe behavior. At the heart of the idea are three major events, each of which solves its own task and addresses different aspects of the safety of children and young people, Igor Yezhov said. The project will be implemented in 2026-2027 in the Pskov region.
The event was held within the framework of the national project “Youth and Children”.
