Pig handlebars and legs will help St. Petersburg to save on the cold this year

The meat part for the cold has risen in price and now costs about 944 rubles, which is 90 rubles (10.6%) more than last year. This is reported by the publication RIAMO.

Beef on bone rose to 761.1 rubles per kilogram, which is 79.99 rubles more than last year. Pork also became more expensive - from 376.73 to 411 rubles per kilogram. Vegetables and spices take up a smaller share of the costs - saving on them will hardly change the budget.

To save money, it is recommended to reduce the meat part. Increase the proportion of pork shingles and legs by reducing the amount of beef. Connective tissue in these parts of the meat helps the broth to freeze. For more brewiness, you can add chicken legs or wings, but do not replace meat with them completely.
