Kursk Prosecutor’s office established a backlog in the overhaul of the House of social services

Prosecutor of the Kursk district Alexander Gurin went to the facility, where the overhaul of the building of the House of social services. The purpose of the visit was to check the current state of work.

On the spot, the supervisory authority assessed not only the volume of work already completed, but also the quality of work, as well as how much the contractor fits into the terms prescribed in the contract, the prosecutor's office of the Kursk region said.

As a result of the inspection, it was found that the readiness of the facility reached 75%. However, despite significant progress, there have been instances of lagging behind the approved schedule for certain types of work. This creates the risk that repairs will not be completed on time.

In order to prevent violations of the law, the head of the contractor was sent an official warning about the inadmissibility of disrupting the terms of performance of contractual obligations.
