Kursk “Dynamo” returned to Moscow thanks to the help of CSKA

Basketball players of Kursk “Dynamo” were in a difficult situation after the away match: the flight, which the team was supposed to return to Kursk, was canceled, and the next was only two days later. Under threat was the match on October 20 against “Sparta and K”, reported in women’s basketball club “Dynamo” Kursk.

The solution was found thanks to CSKA. On October 17, the Moscow team played in Krasnoyarsk against Yenisei and flew home charter after the match. Director of “Yenisei” Vladimir Petrokovsky appealed to the Vice-President of CSKA for sports work Natalia Furaeva with a request to take Kursk basketball players on board.

CSKA agreed - "Dynamo" flew to Moscow with the army and has already left for Kursk. The club thanked the management, players and coaching staff of CSKA, as well as the director of Yenisei for their help.
