From 2027, new rules for confirming seniority for caring for disabled people will begin to operate in the Kursk region. This was reported in the regional office of the Social Fund.
Now the time of supervision of people over 80 years old, disabled children and disabled people of the I group is counted in the insurance period on application. It is submitted to the SFR after the end of the period of withdrawal.
Starting next year, the application will need to be filed with the beginning of care. If it lasts a long time, the document will have to be renewed - no later than 12 months from the month of submission.
Also, during registration, the consent of the ward or his legal representative will be required. Now such confirmation is required only when living separately.
It will be possible to submit documents not only in the client services of the SFR, but also through public services or the MFC.
Until the end of 2026, the previous order works. But according to the amendments, in order for the period of leaving to be counted in the appointment of a pension, it must be confirmed before the end of 2027. From 2028, this will no longer be possible for periods until 2027.
