Lagan schoolchildren told about the work of fire protection

Pupils of schools of the Lagan district visited the fire and rescue unit No. 2. Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations conducted a tour for them dedicated to the work of fire fighters. Today, the service is armed with fire trucks, special equipment and protective equipment that allow you to perform complex tasks. This and many other things were told to the young guests.

Students were shown firefighting equipment and military clothing. They learned what these tools are for and why the right use of each element is important.

In addition, the children were reminded of fire safety measures in the autumn. Particular attention was paid to the safe operation of electrical equipment and heating devices, the prevention of fires in everyday life and the rules of conduct in case of fire.
