Treatment with the help of reproductive technologies will receive 91 Murmansk women

In the Murmansk region, 91 women will be sent for treatment with the use of assisted reproductive technologies. This was reported in the government of the Murmansk region.

This was made possible by on-site consultations of reproductive health specialists, which in 2026 helped 226 women from 10 municipalities. According to the results of examinations, more than 90 patients in the next two to three months will be sent for appropriate procedures. The other women were given additional tests. All patients will remain under medical supervision.

Consultations were held in district hospitals. Due to this, residents of remote settlements could receive medical care without traveling to the regional center.

On-site consultations are held twice a year as part of the gubernatorial project “Family in the North”. It aims to support families and help women who are planning to have a baby.

Earlier, “MK in Murmansk” reported that almost 600 dads in the Murmansk region began to receive childcare benefits.
