Passenger car broke out on the move in the Sudislavsky district

Saturday's October day on the Kostroma highway almost turned into a tragedy. In the area of the village of Bolotovo, Sudislavsky district, right on the go, a car broke out. The incident occurred around 13:00, when the track was quite busy.

Fortunately, the driver managed to react and stop the car in time, and the firefighters did not let the fire spread to neighboring cars or a dry roadside. The coordinated actions of rescuers allowed to quickly shoot down the flames. However, for the car itself, this fire became fatal: the wiring melted from the high temperature, the engine compartment and the cabin burned out. The car may not be recoverable.

Incidents like this are a stark reminder that a car needs regular attention. Most often, cars flash on the go due to a malfunction of the fuel system, a short circuit in a worn electrician or a leak of technical fluids to a red-hot exhaust manifold.

While the cause of the fire near Kostroma is not officially announced, this case is an important reason for all drivers to check the condition of their car.
