The Leningrad Region together with the Federal Competence Center (FCC) will create box solutions for scaling the experience of implementing lean technologies in the transport sector. This was reported in the press service of the administration of the Leningrad region.
According to Yulia Kosareva, Chairman of the Committee on Labor and Employment of the Population of the 47th Region, targeted support for enterprises is only the initial stage.
“Each of our projects culminates in the development of a box solution applicable to the entire industry, including companies that do not fall under the criteria of targeted support,” Kosareva notes.
She also announced the region’s readiness to become a pilot site of the Industry Competence Center within the framework of the federal project “Labor Productivity”. Currently, 146 enterprises have joined the federal project in the Leningrad region. The transport sector is represented by six participants: two port terminals, a railway operator, a warehouse complex and two passenger carriers.
The creation of standard solutions will make it possible to replicate successful practices in the entire transport industry of the region and form the basis for the federal standard of lean production in logistics and passenger transportation.
