Liksutov: Russia’s first production of medical products for patients with rare skin diseases will appear in Moscow
Russian manufacturer of innovative sterile atraumatic dressings became a resident of the special economic zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow

The Russian manufacturer of innovative sterile atraumatic dressings became a resident of the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow. This was announced by Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry Maxim Liksutov.
On behalf of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, the city is consistently developing the medical industry, providing Muscovites and residents of other regions with high-tech domestic honey products. The new resident of the SEZ will launch the production of a full cycle of absorbent dressings for patients with bullous epidermolysis, said Maxim Liksutov.
The production of Frater will be placed on an area of about 900 square meters. The site will produce special bandages designed to protect and restore impaired barrier function of the skin.
Products can also be used for burns, pressure sores, trophic ulcers, as well as postoperative, infected and other wounds.
“In the SEZ of Moscow, we are creating a domestic system of comprehensive care for complex and chronic wounds of a world level,” said Albert Gaifullin, CEO of Frater.
The development of the SEZ and measures of support from the city allow its residents to increase the output of innovative products. The project contributes to the implementation of the national project “Effective and Competitive Economy”.
