According to the investigation, from April 2019 to January 2024, the man, holding the position of director, decided to earn extra money at the expense of the company. He sold goods to customers at a discount that he did not agree with management. In total, he sold 537 positions for a total of 1,289,666 rubles. Cash from the sales man took himself.
In court, the defendant admitted guilt only partially and argued with the amount of damage. The court appointed him 3 years of suspended imprisonment with a probationary period of 4 years. The civil claim was satisfied: the convict will recover the entire amount of damage in favor of the company.
According to Kontur.Focus, now the company, from which the director stole money, actually does not work. Since 2020, it has zero revenue and no employees. And on July 29, 2026, the registering authority decided on the upcoming exclusion of the company from the USRLE.
