From October 17 to 23, the Lipetsk Region Management Center processed 1,359 comments in social networks and 1,114 messages on the portal “Developing the Lipetsk Region Together!”.
On social networks often asked about the beginning of the heating season. The second most popular topic was highways: residents complained about pits and potholes. In third place was improvement, including the absence or malfunction of lighting in public places.
The regional portal was the leader of housing and communal services, especially heat supply. Then there were appeals on health care – mainly about problems with downloading medical documents from the “State Services” – and improvement, in particular street lighting.
To draw the attention of departments to the problem, residents can leave comments in their groups in social networks or send messages through the portal “Developing the Lipetsk region together!”.
