Lipetsk region counts on the support of the state Duma in solving regional problems

The governor of the Lipetsk region Igor Artamonov met with the head of the United Russia faction in the State Duma Dmitry Kobylkin. The parties discussed what tasks the deputies from the region will have to solve in the next five years.

According to Artamonov, for the development of the economy and the social sphere, it is important to more actively use the possibilities of interaction with the federal parliament. In particular, the region expects to jointly seek solutions on issues that cannot be solved at the regional level.

The meeting participants also considered legislative initiatives of the Lipetsk region. Several proposals are already in the works; the region counts on the support of the faction in their promotion.

The governor stressed that the regional government and deputies have a common responsibility to residents, and it is important to bring work on each issue to a specific result.
