Lipetsk schoolchildren joined the autumn cleaning of the city

In Lipetsk, schoolchildren together with teachers put in order the territory near educational institutions and city parks. The children participate in the marathon “Clean Lipetsk: Relay of Creation”, which continues in the city in autumn.

At this time of year, it is especially important to remove fallen foliage, clean courtyards and public spaces, preparing them for winter. Pupils of different schools join the cleaning, helping to maintain order in their hometown.

The head of Lipetsk Mikhail Shcherbakov noted that purity begins with the attitude of each person to the surrounding space. According to him, the participation of schoolchildren in such initiatives helps to show by their own example that taking care of the city begins with the street, yard and school.

The mayor thanked the children and teachers for participating in the marathon.
