Lipetsk postman was paid for work on the weekend

A postman from the Zadonsk branch of the Usman Post Office received payments due to her after checking the prosecutor's office. The employee appealed to the supervisory authority for violation of labor rights.

The inspection showed that the woman was involved in work on weekends and holidays without her prior written consent. At the same time, the time worked was not reflected in the card, and additional work was not paid.

The prosecutor made a submission to the postmaster. In addition, the guilty official was brought to administrative responsibility under part 1 of article 5.27 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation. After the intervention of the prosecutor's office, the employee was transferred all due payments.
