Autumn wave of mushrooms has covered Belarus, but the cost of forest gifts in the markets bites: for young boroviki ask up to 100 BYN per kilo. Where to buy a bucket of foxes for 15 BYN and how to hire a “personal mushroom picker” for harvesting, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency learned.

In Belarus, the first autumn wave of mushrooms: social networks and thematic channels in messengers are full of generous gifts of nature. However, while some Belarusians boast about their findings, others only sigh or go for oxen and boroughs to the nearest market.

Of course, prices are not democratic. So, last weekend on the Komarovsk market sold chanterelles at a price of 12 to 15 BYN per kilogram, strong large hogs — 50 BYN, and young white and at all 100 BYN per kilogram. However, there was a buyer for such an expensive product. The seller Alexander honestly told TikTok that he managed to earn about 700 BYN per day on mushrooms. The man spent 52 BYN on fuel, and 46 BYN for analyzing the gifts of the forest and the place on the market. Selling the entire harvest in the forest, he earned 800 BYN.

For those who are not ready to give more than two base ones per kilo, there is another option - sometimes even with delivery. Financially, it can be even more profitable than collecting mushrooms in the forest: after all, even autumn abundance does not guarantee full buckets and baskets for lovers of quiet hunting, and you will have to spend money on fuel.

We are talking about a popular advertising platform, where lucky mushroom pickers offer the gifts of the forest, and in a wide range: here you can find Polish, and oposa, and oil. So, fresh foxes can be bought at a price of 3 BYN per liter.

For a similar price - 50 BYN - it was possible to take 12 liters of selected opoms, which was offered by a resident of the Moscow district.

The most experienced (and self-confident) mushroom pickers offer potential buyers a custom fee. For example, 5 liters of chickens (as the ringed cap is also called) will cost the buyer 25 BYN.

The same enterprising Minsk resident offers another service for lovers of quiet hunting - to drive around mushroom places. However, the cost of such an exclusive excursion to the forest is not specified.
