Lyudmila Bulgakova became head of the Centralized Library System of Belgorod

Lyudmila Bulgakova headed the Centralized Library System of Belgorod. It was reported to City Hall.

Her career in the field of culture began in 2007 as a junior researcher at the Belgorod State Art Museum. She was also Deputy Director of the Children’s Art School.

Since 2022, she worked at the Department of General Theoretical and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Belgorod State Institute of Arts and Culture. Now Lyudmila Bulgakova manages the library system, which unites the libraries of the regional center.

The Minister of property and land relations of the Belgorod region was Vitaly Kutomanov.
