The store in Nizhny closed for 3 months due to the sale of alcohol without a license

In Nizhny Novgorod, bailiffs suspended the work of the store for 90 days. The reason is the sale of alcohol without a license. The information was transferred to the regional GUFSSP of Russia.

The police revealed the fact of illegal trade in alcohol without permits. The legal entity was made protocols under part 2 of article 14.16 and part 3 of article 14.17 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation. The court found the organization guilty. The store was closed for 90 days, and the seized products were destroyed.

The bailiffs began enforcement proceedings and came to the scene. The service officer sealed the premises and entrances to the trading point.

During the entire period of punishment, the object was checked. No violations were found. Executive proceedings were completed with actual execution.
